| We were approached by El Rancho Softball Team mom Valerie Prieto regarding our VFW Auxiliary 7734 helping them out. We were excited to definitely help out. She wanting to bring the newly team members to have a meet & greet. Just to have the parents and girls meet eveyone on the team. We suggested they have the meet & greet at our VFW hall. We brought this information to our auxiliary meeting - we made motion to help coordinator this event the motion passed. We submitted a request to the VFW Post 7734 Commander to be read on the floor for approval. We received the approval and we scheduled the event. Scheduled for April 10 2024 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The El Rancho Softball Team parents brought in food and we help with the hall set-up. Our Auxiliary President Jane Pina was present with a beautiful picture frame. |
