| Helped Auxiliary #6359 conduct their election meeting. Was on the phone with them during the meeting as Co-Deputy Chief of Staff. The Auxiliary was in danger of closing if new officers did not step up. We were able to talk through the situation and the Auxiliary members determined that they would step up and take positions. They elected a new President Bonnie Campbell. And they filled all offices except Guard because the person who expressed interest in being Guard was unable to attend the meeting. She will be elected at the May meeting before their Installation is held.
Following their meeting I put together some basic information for the new president and emailed to her a link to create a Malta account a link to login to the Department website (and confirmed she is in the member roster). I also explained what she needs to login to the Members Only section. Finally I sent her a copy of Building on the Foundation 2.0 and asked her to read the Auxiliary President duties listed starting on page 2.
Of course I also offered her my full support in helping her learn her new role as an Auxiliary President for the first time.
