| I have been working with Aux 6359 to keep them an active Auxiliary and not vote to close. Last week I was working to make sure all of our 6 District 12 Auxiliaries had their reports in so that the District President is eligible for All State and Circle of Excellence.
When I spoke to the Treasurer at 6359 she said she didn't know anything about the online reporting system (She is 90.) I put together step by step instructions for logging in to Members Only and opening the report entry form. In following up with her today she had used the simple screen prints and directions and entered reports for her Auxiliary's activity's this past year. Just in the nick of time and now our District President is All State and Circle of Excellence eligible!
Bonus outcome: The Treasurer realized how much the Auxiliary does in the small community of San Juan Bautista and is excited to work to find the new leadership needed to keep the Auxiliary moving forward and reporting all their many Auxiliary Outreach activities working with the Library Youth Adobe (San Juan Bautista is a California Mission town) Native Daughters of the Golden West Mary Sellen Senior Center project (just starting) their Post and so much more.
