Description
Annually I prepared the Proclamation for presenatation at ""Peak Day"" the last Sunday in April when we celebrate Loyalty Day for District 12 VFW and the March 7th 1846 flying of the American Flag on El Nido Del Gabilan by John Charles Fremont.. We will hand out a gold dollar to The Youngest: who usually a grandchild of a Verteran and The Oldest is a Verteran or a family member. The Proclamation is presented by the Mayor to a member of the Auxiliary at City Council meeting.
