Description
Admin/Chairman. As the Americanism Chairman I spent at least 7 hours working in the unapproved records report. As of this evening all Americanism reports have been cleared and emails or phone calls were made with each auxiliary where a report was denied. I did send an email to one auxiliary questioning why dollars reported were different dates of the same activity. The reports were cleared because they were clearly appropriate Americanism activities.
