| One member organized all the reservations as well as went around to local businesses to advertise the flyer for this event. They also went to a nearby town to purchase all the food for the event . Three members including the one previously mentioned prepped and cooked all the food as well as decorated and cleaned for the event. An additional six members attended the event and shared the event with others to help get the word out. Approximately 300 meals were served 100 were delivered to those who do not have transportation. |
