Description
Worked with the auxiliary explaining how the delegate list works like for every 10 members we get one delegate. The delegate list for district needs to go to the district secretary and the delegate list for the Department which is also 10 members for each delegate plus one for the president and to send in the delegate list with a check for $7..00 for each delegate. You also get the same number of alternates for both dept and dist.
