| While at the VFW 1267 Sunday breakfast a conversation came up about the possibility of cleaning up local cemetery's. A Native American Female disabled comrade asked about acquiring small parade flags so she could decorate five veterans grave sites at a local cemetery. I told her to wait a minute and I would check. I went to my car and retrieved five such flags and gave them to her. She wanted to pay for them and I told her they were free. Needles to say she was very happy. I carry the parade flags and the 12"" X 18"" flags at all times for just such occasions. |
