| On Saturday March 16 2024 Our Post hosted the ""Total Wrestling Foundation."" There were 6 rounds of wrestling. 1 match was between women 1 match was ""tag team"" and the others were ""weight?"" (idk). ANYWHO...Auxiliary President Julia Owens asked me help her out in our Post's ""Bugle Boy Cafe."" Our menu: burgers cheeseburgers corndogs chips candy bars. 2 other Auxiliary Members Past District 13 Pres. District 13 Conductor & Auxiliary Conductor and Sr. Trustee Kathy Smith and Past District 13 President & Secretary & Auxiliary Jr. Vice and Patriotic Instructor Amanda Smith came to help out as well. Amanda made use of the Post's Popcorn machine and kept it full and flowing. Several of our Comrades came with their families and grandsons. Good American fun! The four of us decided that we would help out again at that event (it's approx. ever 3 months?). |
