| On Wednesday November 15 2023 at our Regular Meeting with 8 members present Past District 13 President District 13 Conductor & Hospital Chairman Kathy Smith. She is also a member of our Post Conductor and Sr. Trustee & Hospital Chairman spoke on her volunteer work at Livermore VA Hospital hosting monthly BINGO events for the veteran patients. She explained how our ""Obligation to the Hospital/VAV Fund"" goes towards those events. She motioned for our Auxiliary to contribute an additional $200.00 earmarked towards that event. This was a unanimous vote yes. On Thursday November 16 2023 as Secretary/Treasurer of our Auxiliary I wrote the $200.00 check and an explanation letter to Department Headquarters attention: Julie Vaught on this matter. |
