| from July 1st to Dec 31st - District Mentoring for Leadership Chairperson Traci answers questions via email text phone and in person. about how to do things with in the district auxiliary. i am a resource for current and long time members to ask questions. i assist in training trustees on doing audits secretaries in writing minutes teach auxiliary members how to make motions and presidents how to feel confident in running their meetings. i explain question that come up using the bylaws and teach others how to also look up things in the by laws so that they can take that information back to their auxiliaries and teach what i have taught them. i use the national program book and resources found in MALTA to guide auxiliaries. i promote the 5 essentials of a health auxiliary. |
