This bill would designate the outpatient clinic of the VA in Vallejo California as the ""Delphine Metcalf-Foster VA Clinic. Delphine Metcalf-Foster has dedicated her life in service to this country and to veteran community. She was injured in 1991 and retired from service in 1996. After retirement she found support through the DAV and began volunteering in 2017. .HR.251 and S.3614 would recognize the service sacrifices and impact of a woman veterans leader and pioneer who was instrumental in helping to remove barriers for veterans in accessing their health care and benefits. |
