Description
Created a flier advertisement with a plea for fair volunteers. The auxiliary largest fundraiser of the year takes place in July and we needed to start recruiting volunteers in June to make sure we have enough help. The fair runs 4 days before opening and last all week so we need about 20 volunteers a day for apx 11 days. Other community groups will see the advertisement and offer to help. The advertisement then directs them to the fair chairmen for scheduling.
