| Lapsed Members: In October the Treasurer called Lapsed members to let them know their dues were due. In November several Auxiliary members helped to call lapsed members. Feedback from the calls included that lapsed members thought they were going to receive a bill in the mail and some were interested in Life Membership and wanted information on that. In January a letter was sent to all lapsed members urging them to continue their membership. A payment coupon was attached. A life membership application was attached. The results are that 20% of the lapsed members have either paid their dues or purchased a Life Membership. We expect more to pay or convert to Life Members as it gets closer to the deadline where they would have to start over. |
