Description
Support Letter sent for HR. 5890 the Review Every Veterans Claim Act which would limit the VA's authority to deny a veteran's claim solely based on the veteran's failure to appear for a medical examination associated with the claim. HR.5890 would add a new paragraph to the law which states the Secretary may not deny such claim on the sole basis that the veteran ailed to appear for the requested medical examination.
