| Description |
| While driving down a major street I noticed a bank that was flying an American flag but it was all torn up. I stopped and went in and asked for the manager. The person I was speaking to asked what t was about and I explained who I was and I stopped because the flag was in terrible shape and should be taken down and replaced. The young man said he had a new flag and would put it up immediately. I told him I frequently drove by and If I noticed it was fixed I would present the bank with a citation of appreciation.
