| Description |
| 1. The District Chaplain mailed out the following 10 cards for the month of January 31 2024 & personally paid for the cards & postage for same: Sympathy cards Cards of Comfort & Support Get Well and Thinking of You.
2. Made & received approximately 15 phone calls & texts to/from Auxiliary Members Auxiliary Chaplains Auxiliary Presidents Line Officers and Past District Presidents concerning requests for cards or calls for their loved ones or their Auxiliary Sisters or Brothers. or family members of same.
3. Sent 1 separate email to all District 1 Auxiliary Chaplains Presidents Line Officers and Past District Presidents.
