| Feb 7 2024 - Wednesday two members of the Hawthorne Auxiliary (Jo Ann Wright and Carol Sagear) attended the once a month Bingo games that we support it was attended by 17 veterans. This event is held on the L.A. hospital campus located inside the Wadsworth theater. The theater itself is cold inside and the lobby where we hold the Bingo games has poor lighting. The vets had a good time despite the conditions of the lobby. Snack bags were assembled and distributed at the end of the games/hr. It's a great way for the vets to socialize with each other. The weather was clear and sunny no rain. |
