| Description |
| Two members showed up at 3 pm to decorate tables put out food make salad put out the tea and lemonade. We put waters on ice and helped the district president get her food set up to cook in the ovens. The National President arrived with her people that included our third member. We finished the preparations and served dinner at 5pm. We ate Angie Prill gave her speech National president gave her information and we were done. There was a 50/50 raffle to which the National President won and donated back to district. We all cleaned up |
