| At 4pm 2 of us arrive to cut up tomatoes lettuce and onion. We start the BBQ grab the cheese buns from the fridge and burgers that are purchased already from the freezer and the bacon. We put the bacon in the oven for about 10 minutes (precooked) and let it get crispy. Bacon is removed and placed in a container. Everything is then carried outside to the BBQ. The other two are now collecting names and orders for the burgers. One person starts dropping the burgers on the grill usually about 10-12 at a time. Cheese gets added buns get toasted and then they get delivered to each person. We cook from 5-7 pm and do a clean up after. |
