On 8-22-2023 Auxiliary 9223 member Yvonne De La Hoya presented a flyer and discussed Flag Etiquette at Parades (stand remove your hat place right hand over your heart and stop any conversation you are having). This applies to Honor Guards holding the large flags not small flags used by groups in the parade.
