| After meeting one of our non-member volunteers and working with her on several of our Post/Auxiliary events knowing that she is a cousin of one our Posts most active members I had asked if she was interested in becoming an auxiliary member. she was sooo floored and honored to be asked. I told her how much of a joy it is to work alongside her and that her positive energy would be an asset to our Post. On Wednesday December 20 2023 she attended our Monthly Regular Meeting. She admitted that she had questions regarding the application itself. I and several other members helped her and answered her questions. We determined that she would work further on her application and resubmit it for investigation and presenting to the auxiliary for membership at our next meeting. Am hopeful as she seemed very excited to be a part of an organization that does such wonderful things. |
