Description
Four members of VFW Auxiliary 6604 sent out the Patriot's Pen Scholarship announcements to 54 schools and other organizations in the fall of 2023. Entries that were received by the due date where judged and submitted to the VFW 6604 Commander. The Commander submitted the winner to the District 17 Scholarship Chairman on time for consideration.
