| Description |
| President Cheryl Lambert gave the Invocation speech was a member of the Flag Bearers for the Folsom Veterans Hall organizations and placed the wreath during the City of Folsom's Flag Raising Ceremony at Folsom Lions Park after the Folsom Veterans Day Parade. A crowd of approximately 300 citizens who gathered to watch the Casa Robles High School Air Force JROTC perform the flag raising and listen to the veterans speakers and dignitaries praise and support local veterans. |
