Description
The Auxiliary president and the Auxiliary Treasurer/ Secretary attended a School of Instruction at the Ripon VFW Post #1051. Julie Vaught Sheryl Daverio. and Mary Anne Kreutz were the Instructors. Power Point was used for teaching tools. Our own Kimberly Farnham and Stacie Link have taken a Treasurer's Report Ledger and added the audit form and made it workable that it adds/ subtracts everything for the 3 months and actually does the audit for you. You just have to add the bank balance outstanding deposits and checks. Also the information in regards to members paid and checking Malta. Some thumb drives were handed out to those who wanted to try it. I love it! Works beautifully.
