| Description |
| While talking with another member who relies heavily on her daughter's help for all her electronic communications and reporting she realized that she should learn to handle that herself. She came over to my house and I sat with her and while she used her own device and me on mine I was able to instruct her on how to login to Malta and the CA site. I walked her through how to type up a report. Aaaannnddd she actually typed up a report on her own right then and there. |
