Description
The hours mileage and members are detailed in an Americanism report submitted by Kathy Smith for the same day and event. Our Post 6311 hosted a Veteran's Day Ceremony at our local Library Park. Auxiliary members: Teri Keith-Torres Amanda Smith Kathy Smith Kitty Walker and Stella Costodio along with our local American Legion Auxiliary President Marsha Walker served coffee (donated by Starbucks) and cookies (donated by Am. Legion and Food 4 Less) to the attenders. The ceremony consisted of our Post's Honor Guard presentation of colors guest speakers: Mayor Gary Singh Congressman Josh Harder representative Katie Jaycox and Major Gen. Eldon Ragua. After the ceremony we reconvened at the Post for a BBQ luncheon to honor our veterans.
