Description
Mailed out 22 annual membership renewal letters purchased 2 books of stamps addressed all envelopes and return envelopes by hand printed annual membership letters with own printer stuffed envelopes and mailed them on July 6 2023. Once received cashed checks deposited cash and updated on MALTA the same day. Processed two new life members in July contacted them had investigating committee approve them reported to Auxiliary president Cheryl Lambert and reported at the next Auxiliary meeting. When both were approved check with application was sent to Dept Treasurer Julia Vaught. 10 annual members renewed in July 2023. Emails were sent to thank them. The two new life members were called to invite them to the next meeting for initiations. All annual member dues were updated in Auxiliary binder and two new members were added.
