Description
20 members from Aux 5394 participated in the National POW/MIA Recognition Day on board the USS Iowa San Pedro. California. There were a total of 150 additional VFW and Auxiliary members who also attended this event from Posts and Auxiliaries throughout California. The Department Commander Tim Bryant and Department President Diana Russel-were also present for this event. Guest speaker was Ann Mills-Griffiths Executive Director of the National League of Families of American Prisoners & Missing in Southeast Asia.. The event also included District 4 Honor Guard and a rifle team.
