| I received a phone call from a member from Auxiliary 67 asking me questions about the on-line reporting system and her frustration with it. She said that she does all the reporting for her auxiliary and doesn't understand why when she enters her reports they do not show up on the blackout sheet. She shared the reports she has done . I went over the system and explained the procedure of how the chairmen need to review the reports and then accept or decline the report. We talked close to an hour.
She followed up with doing some reports and then sending them to me for review. She seems to understand now. |
