| As Scholarship Chairman for my Auxiliary I was notified by my Auxiliary President that she received a call from an VOD entry that wanted to turn in her son's essay for the VOD program for 2023-2024. When I called the entries mother I explained about the program and deadline. She informed me that her son already has the essay completed and wants to turn it in to Post 4647 to judge. I notified my Auxiliary President to let her know when the essay is going to be delivered and to give it to the Post Commander for judging on 10/31/2023. |
