On July 6 July 11 and July 17 I took part in Zoom meetings to teach all Department Program Chairmen how to navigate the online reporting system to approve reports. I created and presented a PowerPoint slide deck to illustrate the steps involved in approving online reports. I posted it along with the companion PowerPoint slides I created for members on how to report on the Department website. I especially worked with the new Chairmen: Bill Niemeyer Leslie Alday Kathy Gardner and Juliet Kennedy. I also presented this to President Diana Secretary/Treasurer Julie Vaught and Assistant Secretary/Treasurer Gwen Rankin so that they all understood how the system works as well. |
