Description
On Thursday August 10 2023 our Post hosts a ""Veteran Giveaway Day."" 6 Auxiliary 8 Comrades1 Delta Humane Society Member 6 Wide Horizons 4 CERTS 4 Bread of Life 3 MTSP 2 VA Representatives several volunteers all showed up to help and serve 67 veteran families by giving them bags of non-perishables hygiene products drink cases etc. It is a very heartwarming event. During this occasion our Past President Kitty Walker stands out in the parking lot and gives out Buddy Poppies and collects monies towards our next Veteran Giveaway Days. She collected $147.73.
