Description
On Sunday August 13 2023 I assisted Post Member Harold Dale Copeland with his PACT Act ""Letter of Intent."" I set him up with his VA Gov account and linked it with his email address and his cellular device. I filled in the pdf online and printed it up for him. He is quite illiterate when it comes to technology and was relieved to get this done.
