| I instructed the President of Aux 1534 of the importance of using an Agenda as well as the importance of having Chairman assigned for all of the programs. I instructed those in attendance to go to the Department website and read about all the Programs. I advised to find a program you like and let the President know if you're willing to be the Chairman. Then at each meeting they can read the Dept website and report to the members at the meeting. I also advised that there are hard copies of the program books and I had both the Department program book and the National President program book available for anyone to look at. |
