| On Saturday morning of August 5 2023 at 9:00 am I hosted a mentoring session for auxiliary members who were unsure of ""What is Malta?"" and is there a difference between that and the state? I prepped some coffee crescents donut holes and sliced fruit for attendees.
I had handouts available on how to login to both Malta and the CA websites a definitions sheet of ""Auxiliary Terms"" a handout that I typed up on each of our Programs and a short description of each a handout of a list our each of our current District Program Chairman and Auxiliary Officers contact information copies of our current Standing Rules. I also had ready our current Bylaws Podium book and Department Program Book. They were instructed to bring their phones tablets chrome books &/or laptops to walk them each through the login process. |
