1. Mentoring chair worked with Mr. President in a plan to provide appreciation recognition to our current members for all their work for the auxiliary the past year. 2. Mr. President was shown blackout reports and program report information for 2022 2023. 3. During our meeting 7.11.2023 the Chair encouraged all members attending the meeting to report events reflecting the work done by the auxiliary. Instructed to report the event number of members involved and hours/miles.
