| On Thursday July 6 2023 District Treasurer and her Post's Secretary/Treasurer; Gaylene Ramos came to my house to help me newly elected Secretary/Treasurer understand my duties as Treasurer and to instruct me on the Office of Treasurer to help me clean up very disorganized books of the previous Treasurer and to walk me through an audit. Gaylene very patiently walked me through all the steps and is very knowledgeable about each step. No time was wasted and I feel very confident now in the is office. |
