Description
On Monday July 17 2023 our Auxiliary President opened her home to me (Secretary/Treasurer) and 2 of our Trustees and the Daughter of one of the Trustees for the purpose of our 4th fiscal audit of the 2022/2023 year. Of the 2 Trustees is Past District President Past Trustee District 13 Conductress: Kathy Smith. She very calming methodically and slowly walked our #2 Trustee through the audit. She gave very clear instructions and was very helpful. Our books balanced to the penny.
