| Our Auxiliary voted to give 2 Senior Students from Calaveras High School $500.00 scholarships. The student must have a veteran in the bloodline/family such as fathermothersisterbrother grandfather grandmother in order to qualify. We also look at their grades the financial needs and they have to write an essay on what they plan to do with their schooling and about their veteran. I represented our Auxiliary for the presentation. We use funds from our Auxiliary working at the Calaveras County Fair Frog Jumps beer and Margarita booths. |
