| On Saturday and Sunday June 3rd and 4th 2023 our city Manteca hosts a ""Watermelon Faire"" that is sponsored by the Kiwanis club. Our Post had a booth where Incoming Jr Vice Julia Owens and I worked alongside our Comrades giving out patriotic candy Buddy Poppies and activity books on Buddy Poppy and American Heroes pencils with the Pledge of Allegiance imprinted on them and ""Unwavering Support"" bracelets along with VFW Auxiliary and Post applications. This is a time of interacting with passersby but fellow venders/ business. |
