| On Saturday May 6 2023 our auxiliary was asked by Pastor Dillman (who heads our annual ""Not Forgotten"" events) to serve cake to the attenders of Manteca's First Annual Not Forgotten Kick-Off the Month Celebration event downtown in the ""BedQuarters"" parking lot as that building has a mural on its wall depicting each war: WWI WWII Vietnam Gulf Iraqi Freedom.... Our Auxiliary President LuAnn Hood our chaplain Kathy Mendenhall a Post Volunteer and I served patriotically decorated chocolate and vanilla cakes to the attenders. We serve over 100 slices. |
