| Actual date of activity 5/16-5/31. As previously voted on by Auxiliary members support the Clayton Business and Community Association a non-profit that raises money through community events to return back to the community through grants to schools youth organizations theater groups and other non profits. One member volunteers as secretary to the organization. During the second half of May member volunteered 8 hours to attend meetings take minutes and then type them up. This is higher than usual due to follow up items from the most recent event which was an Art and Wine festival held on the last weekend of April. |
