| Input as 7/1 to get into 2023-4 reporting. Actual date of activity 5/27-29. Aux member worked Kidfest community event over Memorial Day weekend. There were 2 primary objectives - membership drive and Buddy Poppy drive - time was split equally between the two programs. Event was also cross reported under Youth and Americanism with no hours. This report is for Membership. Over the weekend we received 5 applications for membership in the Auxiliary (and 6 for the Post). We were at the event from 8am until 6pm each day. 10x3= 30/2. = 15 hours reported for membership. |
