| In an effort to promote participation in Auxiliary events pride in membership and reward volunteerism I started the Volunteer Challenge. The contest open only to Auxiliary 2814 members was a points based system that reward individual members for a variety of positive actions including the wearing of official Auxiliary apparel attending General and House Committee meetings volunteer at special events leading projects having a lifetime membership and more. The Challenge was from July 2022 to May 2023 and as of the beginning of May there were 2855 points earned by 32 members (excludes members who only had points for being a lifetime member.) The top three members received Auxiliary branded items including tumblers bags and apparel. |
