HOW TO REPORT is a very comprehensive booklet that was put together to show you step by step how to make out reports.  Reporting should be done at a minimum of every three months, however, it is so much easier if you report as soon as the project is completed.  Remember a copy goes to Dept. Chairman, a copy to your District Chairman and you keep a copy.  We need to be report regularly to keep our tax exempt status.  The VFW bi yearly submits all the dollars, miles, volunteers, hours, etc. from the Auxiliary reports, to the VFW National Headquarters.  These numbers are used to show our Congressional Representatives that we are a body to be reckoned with when it comes to our veterans and their dependents.  Please take a few minutes and review this booklet.  REPORT FORM
